Large lounge & dining room are equipped with a 55” Smart TV & cable-tv, a comfortable sofa to enjoy movies and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities: Italian espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, large fridge and hot and cold water dispenser.

The villa is located in a quiet street without traffic but at the same time just a few minutes walking is surrounded by all attractions of Seminyak like bars, restaurants, shops and beaches, beachfront restaurant “La Plancha” where you can enjoy daily and unique sunsets.
