The villa offers private secured parking, a spacious closed living room with TV, internet-TV and hi-end sound system. Fully equipped kitchen with two-chamber refrigerator, gas cooker and microwave, combined with living room and dining area.

The master bedroom located on the ground floor and has its own access to the pool through sliding doors. The spacious en-suit has a Jacuzzi and a semi-open shower surrounded by tropical plants. 

Another 2 bedrooms are located on the second level of the villa. Between the bedrooms there is a large shared bathroom with shower and jacuzzi with a sea view. All bedrooms equipped with the TV. From the terrace of the second floor you can watch the picturesque sunsets every day.

Villa located in a quiet place, surrounded with luxury villas. There is no noise from the road, there are no barking dogs and no  roosters.

NIRMALA supermarket is just 5 minutes walk. Cafe and restaurants 5-10 minutes walk. GWK park – 5 minutes drive.
