Spacious villa with spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean from sunrise to sunsets. Villa is situated on the cliffs between two of Bali’s most popular surf beaches – Uluwatu and Padang Padang.
The airport is a 40-minute drive. There are three beaches and various restaurants in walking distance. It is a quiet area – very relaxed and beautiful.

The villa has been designed to be totally flexible. It is ideal as a romantic getaway, a family home or the base for large scale entertaining. It has been built to strict environmental standards using recycled and raw materials. The design is ironically Balinese. The five bedrooms are all en-suite, two are in self-contained “mini villas”. Three have outdoor as well as indoor bathrooms.
The huge living room contains a sitting room/TV area, a pool-table, tennis table and a 10-seater dining table. There is a WC with access from both the living room and outdoors.
The 12-metre infinity swimming pool is the focus of the garden. A deck provides plenty of space for sun lounges and an outdoor shower.
The bale (outdoor dining area) can easily sit 12 – 14 people. There is a gar barbeque and permanent bar nearby and if this isn’t enough, the terrace at the other end of the villa has accommodated 50+ for dinner and has views across the villa to the sea.
The mature gardens contain a broad range of trees and plants – frangipani, bougainvillea, coconut palms, etc. They run throughout the villa and a fish pond runs almost the entire length of property.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen and utility room and the staff quarters are generous and self-contained.
